Wheel Throwing-BEGINNING-INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED

These classes are designed to tech the first and basic techniques of throwing as a beginner on the wheel; and continue to intermediate and advanced complicated forms, such as lidded jars, teapots, large plates, and large scale throwing.  You will learn decorating your pieces with slips, learn about glazing and stains, and how to fire your work.  All pieces will be made in stoneware clay and each student will come away with 3 -5  pieces to take home and enjoy. 

$125.00 per student --All supplies and firing included.  
Classes are desinged for six (6) 2hr sessions (dates & times TBD)
Number of students:  Min 2 - Max 4 per session (Ages 8 - Adult)

Handbuilding - BEGINNING - INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED 
   

Learn more about clay, and creating new designs.  Create pieces by hand using the slab roller, coil constructions, using the extruder and adding pieces to your work.  You will use stoneware clay doing various projects (according to skill level)  and learn glazing, firing, tools to use and more!  Intermediate and Advanced will take on specific projects that add that special touch to your piece.  Each student will come away with 2 - 3 pieces to take home and enjoy.

$125.00 per student All Supplies and firing included .  
Classes are desinged for four (4) 4hr sessions  (dates & times TBD)  Min. 3 - Max 6 at a session.     (Ages 5 - Adult )

ONE on ONE WHEEL THROWING SESSIONS  at any level $25.00 per 2 hr sessions.  All Glazes and Firing included -- $12.00 per 25lb bag of clay.
